Description
Each variety of Char Crust® can be used on any meat or fish, or even vegetables; and is great for the grill, oven or slow cooker. Meat rubbed with Char Crust® will come out with a seared crust that “Seals in the Juices!”®, according to Char Crust®’s registered trademark. This dry rub is one of the few certified kosher rubs available. Contrary to most rubs that are high in sodium, this one has lower sodium levels, very few carbs and no fat.
